Terms and Conditions
1.Reservations. Upon receipt of reservation confirmation, you and CR Vacation Houses will directly enter into a contract for Services. You accept the terms of the contract. The terms of the contract include these Terms, all terms of the Reservation, including, but not limited to, the cancellation policy. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms of contract, including these Terms and all terms of the Reservation, including all rules, standards, policies and requirements before booking.
1.2. Accommodation Reservations. An Accommodation Reservation is a limited license to enter, occupy and use the Accommodation. The Host reserves the right to re-enter the Accommodation during your stay to the extent: reasonably necessary. If you overstay your check-out date, the Host has the right to make you leave in a manner permitted by applicable law, including by imposing reasonable overstay penalties. You cannot exceed the maximum number of Guests allowed.
1.3. Reservations for Experiences and other Services. An Experience or other Host Service Reservation entitles you to participate, attend or use such Host Service. You are responsible for confirming that you and anyone you invite meet the minimum age, competence, physical fitness or other stated requirements. You are responsible for informing the Host of any medical, physical condition or other circumstance that may affect your ability to participate, attend or use the Host Experience or Service. Except where expressly authorized, you may not allow any person to join an Experience or Host Service unless they are included as an additional guest during the reservation process.
2. Cancellations, Reservation Problems, Refunds and Reservation Modifications.
2.1 Cancellations, Reservation Problems and Refunds. Generally, if you cancel a reservation, the amount you are refunded will be determined based on the cancellation policy applicable to that reservation. If the Host cancels or you experience a Reservation Setback as defined in the refund and rebooking assistance policy, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
3.Responsibilities and Assumption of Risks.
3.1 Your Responsibilities. You are responsible for your own acts and omissions and also for the acts and omissions of any person whom you invite to join or give access to any Accommodation, all areas and facilities where the Accommodation is located that the Host and Guest are legally entitled to use in connection with the Accommodation ("Common Areas"), or any Experience or other Host Service. For example, this means: you are responsible for leaving an Accommodation (and related personal property) or Common Areas in the condition they were in upon your arrival, you are responsible for paying all reasonable Damage Claim amounts, and you You must act with integrity, treat others with respect, and comply with applicable laws at all times. If you are booking an additional minor guest or bringing a minor to a Host Service, you must be legally authorized to act on the minor's behalf and you are solely responsible for the supervision of such minor.
3.2 Your Assumption of Risks. You acknowledge that many activities carry inherent risks and agree that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, you assume the entire risk arising from your access and use of the property and any This means that you are responsible for verifying a Host Service to determine if it is right for you. For example, the Host Services may involve risks of illness, bodily injury, disability, or death, and you freely and voluntarily assume those risks by choosing to participate in such Host Services.
4.Cancellation policy, refund and assistance for changing reservations
If a host cancels a reservation before check-in, the guest will automatically receive a full refund.
What happens if another reservation hiccup affects my stay?
Guests must report reservation issues within 5 days in advance to receive a full refund.
Guests who reserve 2 or 3 days before their arrival and have to cancel, depending on the season, will receive a partial or full refund.
Any reservation that is canceled 24 hours after payment has been paid will have a full refund
5.Guarantee Deposit You will be asked for a security deposit for your stay. The amount varies depending on the number of days you are in the property.
Return of deposit Normally it will be between $200 and $300 which will be returned the same day as check out.
Reasons for deposit retention: Damage to the infrastructure of any area of the accommodation. Loss or damage to utensils or household items. Lack of towels or damage to them.
It does not include normal wear and tear of household items and any incident that occurs will be assessed as long as it is reported immediately.
